FlixBus India, a global travel-tech leader of affordable and sustainable travel, announced the completion of six months of operations in India on August 6, 2024, marking a significant milestone in its journey to provide safe, affordable, and eco-friendly travel solutions. Over the past six months, FlixBus India has reached remarkable milestones, establishing 130 stops in 56 cities. To commemorate this achievement, FlixBus India also announced the launch of two new routes from New Delhi: Bir and Bareilly.

The new routes to Bir and Bareilly will further enhance connectivity and provide passengers with more travel options. Bir, known for its picturesque landscapes and adventure sports, and Bareilly, a city of cultural and historical significance, will now be more accessible to travellers looking for convenient and comfortable journeys. The company’s total number of buses have reached 48 as of now and is expected to reach 58 till the end of August 2024.
With the addition of new routes and continued innovation, FlixBus aims to set new benchmarks in the Indian travel industry. FlixBus India is looking at expansion of operations in other parts of India soon.
