
Regional airline FLY91 has strengthened its leadership team with key appointments as it accelerates expansion of its regional network.
The airline has appointed Martin Aeberli as Chief of Staff and elevated Capt. Prateek Agarwal to Vice President – Operations, reinforcing both strategic execution and operational leadership.
Aeberli, a global aviation veteran with over three decades of experience, has previously held senior roles at Caribbean Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways and Jazeera Airways. In his new role, he will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.
Meanwhile, Capt. Agarwal, part of FLY91’s founding team, will now oversee *operations and training, focusing on operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. He brings *15 years of aviation experience and is an ATR Examiner.
The appointments come as FLY91 looks to scale operations after launching commercial services in *March 2024. The airline currently serves **nine destinations, including Goa (Mopa), Sindhudurg, Pune and Hyderabad, and plans to expand to cities such as *Vijayawada, Indore and Hubballi.
