Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Aaruni Dwivedi as the new Hotel Manager. With an illustrious career spanning 17 years in luxury hospitality, Aaruni brings a wealth of global experience and expertise to his new role. In his capacity as Hotel Manager, he will oversee the operations of the hotel, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of luxury and service.

A seasoned leader in operations, Aaruni has worked at top-rated Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions. His extensive background in operations management, process optimization, and guest experience enhancements will be instrumental in elevating the guest experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Prior to joining the Mumbai team, Aaruni served as the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where he successfully led seven departments and achieved remarkable improvements in personal guest recognition scores and process optimization. Aaruni’s global journey includes leadership roles at prestigious properties across the award-winning hotel chain, Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, and Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru. He has a proven track record of executing seamless operations in both pre-opening and established luxury hotels, including overseeing large-scale departmental setups and implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
