The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa has announced that Goa has been conferred the prestigious Best Wedding Destination in India award at the Wow Awards Middle East 2024, held in Dubai, UAE. The Consulate General of India in Dubai, K. Kalimuthu, Dubai Consul, Economic, Trade, Commerce and Education received the award on behalf of Goa Tourism. This recognition, bestowed by EVENTFAQS Media and WOW Awards Middle East, highlights Goa’s position as a premier destination for weddings and luxury celebrations.
Winning this award highlights Goa’s exceptional appeal as a wedding destination. With its pristine beaches, luxurious resorts, and diverse venues, Goa provides the perfect backdrop for destination weddings, from intimate beachfront ceremonies to grand celebrations.
The Minister for Tourism, Rohan A.
