Clarks Inn Suites signs new property in Jaipur

Clarks Inn Suites enters Jaipur by signing 88 rooms of a new property in the pick city. The luxury property will cater to luxury travelers, corporates, and clients seeking out destination weddings. The brand already has multiple properties spread across the country but Jaipur being the preferred wedding destination, propelled the brand to open doors here.

 


The newly signed property is centrally located and enjoys good connectivity. It is close to the corporate hub and lies on the Ajmer Road. The property will have 88 rooms spread across categories, each room will have a microwave, small kitchenette, freeze, hotplate, and other things needed to cook in case of need. They will also have two banquet halls spread out at 2000 sqft and one banquet hall of 4000 sqft.

 


The banquet halls will be equipped to handle large gatherings, they will have a swimming pool, gym, sauna, lawn, lounge bar, and coffee shop.  They will have an open coffee lounge area, where guests can enjoy their coffee while watching the setting sun in the Jaipur sky.

 


The rooms will be equipped with all the modern amenities and will be designed keeping the traveler's comfort in mind, but without creating a dent in the environment. Sustainability and responsible tourism are the key focus areas of the Clarks Inn and Suites. Various experiential will be curated targeting different sets of audiences. Apart from solo travelers, and families, the brand is heavily eyeing the wedding segment, corporate, and MICE.

 


The in-house restaurant will serve multiple cuisines. Apart from its rich culture and heritage, Rajasthan is also well known for its delicacies. Keeping the same in mind, the restaurant will serve north Indian cuisine, continental, and also Rajasthani food.

 


Prakash Bedi, Vice President, of Clarks Inn and Suites said, “We are planning to expand pan India and targeting 65% occupancy in the coming financial year. We believe experience plays an important role in the hospitality industry, and we are designing personalized itineraries for our guests. We plan to showcase our newly signed property as a major hub for mice and weddings. But all this luxury will not come at the cost of the environment, as a national hospitality player, we have policies in place for responsible tourism. We are going to invest in technology infrastructure and going to use AI and deep tech for reaching out to the right audience. We want to play a significant role in spreading awareness around India’s diverse wildlife to the world.”

 


The brand is eyeing getting certified by various international bodies for quality checks and ensuring proper processes are in place. They are planning to hire locally in order to boost the local economy. Also, they will strictly adhere to a zero plastic policy and will be using locally sourced construction materials as far as possible.
