Empowering Hospitality Professionals with Essential Food Safety Skills
The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI, in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), successfully conducted the FSSAI Food Safety Supervisor Training in Basic Catering on February 21, 2025. Held at Mama Kane Hall in Dadar, the session saw enthusiastic participation from 59 HRAWI members across Mumbai. The program aimed to equip hospitality professionals with practical insights and skills to strengthen food safety measures and uphold industry best practices.
The training emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the hospitality sector. Participants gained valuable knowledge on regulatory compliance, food handling protocols, and effective safety management systems, ensuring safer dining experiences for consumers.
