HRAWI organizes ‘Empowering Hospitality’ conclave in Pune

The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI in conjunction with the Poona Hoteliers Association (PHA) hosted a transformative conclave titled ‘Empowering Hospitality’ on Thursday (March 21). The event took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Pune.

Delving into the heart of hospitality excellence, the conclave encompassed a spectrum of topics, notably focusing on ‘Fire Life Safety Strategies for Hotels’ and ‘Classification & Industry Status of Hotels’. Distinguished speakers, Hemant Khadse, CEO of East Crop Group; and Subha Bhaskar, COO of Qual Star took centre stage at the event, sharing invaluable insights and industry-leading practices.

Noteworthy dignitaries attending the conclave included Devendra Potphode – Chief Fire Officer, Pune; Shama S. Pawar – Deputy Collector, Pune; and Suresh M. Talera, President of Honour – PHA & Past President of HRAWI.
