HRAWI Organizes FSSAI’s Latest FoSTaC Programme In Pune

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) HRAWI, in collaboration with FSSAI, successfully hosted the latest edition of the Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering, at Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club in Pune. The session focused on advanced food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management techniques, and was attended by 25 hospitality professionals from renowned establishments across Pune. Industry expert Mr. Praveen Andrews of Parikshan conducted the training, providing participants with hands-on insights to enhance food safety within their operations. Esteemed hospitality leaders including Mr. Nitin Ramdas Nighot (Tamanna Hotels Pvt Ltd), Mr. Sukhen Sunil Debnath (1000 Oaks Volga Hospitality Pvt Ltd), Mr. Pankaj Shivaji Shinde (Doubletree by Hilton), Chef Supratim Das and Ms. Utkarsha Prashant Kale (Amanora The Fern Hotels & Club), and Chef Siddeshwar Prasad Shukla (Lemon Tree Premier) inaugurated the program. With this session, HRAWI has completed 102 FoSTaC programmes, having trained and certified 3,632 professionals, further affirming its commitment to advancing food safety standards and industry best practices in the hospitality sector.
