
The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) is all set to organize the 5th edition of its flagship event, the Empowering Hospitality Conclave & Awards, on June 26, 2025, at Della Resorts and Adventure, Lonavala. The prestigious gathering will bring together hospitality leaders, policymakers, and professionals for a full day of industry insights, networking opportunities, and recognition of excellence in the hospitality sector.
Marking a key event in HRAWI’s landmark 75th year, the conclave will focus on leadership, innovation, sustainability, and policy updates shaping the hospitality industry. The event will be graced by Mr. Mohamed Farouk, Regional Director (Western Region), India Tourism Mumbai, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, who will serve as the Chief Guest. The day will conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding contributions in hospitality leadership, customer service, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Mr. Jimmy Shaw, President of HRAWI, emphasized the significance of the event, stating, “As we commemorate HRAWI’s 75th anniversary, this conclave provides a powerful platform for hospitality professionals to engage with experts and prepare for the dynamic changes in our industry. It also sets the stage for our 20th HRAWI Regional Convention, scheduled for October 8–9, 2025, in Mumbai.”
