In a strategic move that reinforces its commitment to the Indian market, Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to introduce the Hyatt House brand in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the signing of a 127-key extended-stay hotel in Noida Sector 140A. The property will be part of The Flagship, a landmark 11.16-acre mixed-use development owned by IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, a subsidiary of CRC Group.
Catering to the rising demand for premium, long-term accommodations in one of India’s fastest-growing economic corridors, Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A is strategically positioned to serve the influx of business travellers and professionals driven by the rapid expansion of IT/ITeS, electronics manufacturing, automobile, and food processing sectors in Noida and Greater Noida. The extended-stay format will be especially suited for project-based professionals, expatriates, corporate relocations, and families looking for flexible, home-like stays.
The upcoming hotel will offer contemporary, residential-style rooms designed to meet the needs of both short-term and extended-stay guests. Guests can expect thoughtfully curated amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a recreation zone with indoor games, consoles, and billiards. The hotel will also boast diverse dining options such as a 125-seat all-day dining restaurant, a poolside bar, and a market-style café with grab-and-go options. For private events, there will be outdoor seating areas and a private dining room for 20–25 guests, along with large conference and event spaces tailored for meetings, training sessions, and social functions.
Dhruva Rathore, Vice President of Development for India & Southwest Asia at Hyatt, emphasized the brand’s vision, stating, “Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A will offer the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. Ideally located in Noida’s commercial hub, it is designed to be a preferred choice for long-term stays and will contribute meaningfully to the region’s dynamic growth.”
Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group and Director at IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, added, “Noida’s emergence as a commercial and industrial powerhouse has led to a growing need for quality extended-stay hospitality. This project is a key part of our broader vision for The Flagship and the region’s evolving business ecosystem.”
Salil Kumar, Director–Marketing and Business Management, CRC Group, also noted, “This collaboration with Hyatt is about creating an integrated business environment. Hyatt House Noida will bring global standards to meet the unique requirements of the local business community and elevate the guest experience within The Flagship development.”
As Hyatt expands its brand presence in India, the addition of Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A reflects its focus on redefining extended-stay hospitality and strengthening its offerings in high-growth urban markets. The project is poised to become a benchmark for corporate travel and long-term stays in the NCR.
