The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) has successfully concluded a high-impact, full-day training program aimed at strengthening sales, marketing, and business execution capabilities across India’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) ecosystem.

The exclusive program brought together senior industry stakeholders, including Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs), destination management companies, hotels, venues, and ICPB members, for focused learning aligned with the rapidly evolving MICE landscape.

Designed as an interactive and application-driven initiative, the training addressed key areas such as modern sales strategies, marketing excellence, financial optimisation, and execution-focused growth frameworks. The objective was to equip participants with practical tools to enhance competitiveness and drive sustainable business outcomes.

The session was led by Mr. Amit Saroj, Industry Expert from IA Meetings, with strategic guidance from the ICPB Training Program Committee. The program emphasised real-world relevance through case-based discussions, group exercises, and business simulations.

Participants were introduced to structured selling and execution frameworks, including NASDAK, MAN, and ODPEC, along with insights into financial efficiency and performance-driven growth models tailored for the MICE and PCO sector.

The program concluded with strong engagement from participants, who gained actionable insights, strategic clarity, and practical tools to strengthen sales effectiveness and marketing performance in an increasingly competitive environment.

Through this initiative, ICPB reaffirmed its commitment to capacity building, professional development, and reinforcing India’s position as a competitive global MICE destination.
