IHG Hotels & Resorts has just inked a deal with Girija Land Ventures Pvt Ltd to bring the Crowne Plaza brand to Jim Corbett for the first time. Slated to open in early 2027, the Crowne Plaza Resort Jim Corbett will be a premium getaway with 181 stylish rooms, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.
Nestled in Ramnagar, the gateway to Jim Corbett National Park, the resort is set to boost IHG’s footprint in India’s most sought-after leisure spots. Jim Corbett already draws over 300,000 visitors a year, not just for its incredible wildlife but also as a hotspot for MICE events (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) and weddings. The new resort will put guests within easy reach of top attractions like Garjiya Devi Temple and Corbett Falls, blending adventure, culture, and luxury seamlessly.
When it comes to dining, guests will have four great options—an all-day restaurant, a specialty eatery, a bar, and a cozy lobby lounge. And that’s not all—the property will also feature banquet halls, meeting spaces, a spa, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a club lounge, and even retail outlets, making sure every stay is top-notch.
