IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Harisons Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. to launch Crowne Plaza Resort Gurgaon Sohna near Palwal in the NCR, with operations expected to begin in the first quarter of 2029.
The upcoming resort, located around 70 minutes from Delhi International Airport, will cater to rising demand for weddings, social celebrations, weekend leisure travel and corporate offsites in the region.

Echoing similar sentiment, Rajesh Gupta and Raman Gupta, Directors, Harisons Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our partnership with IHG reflects a shared ambition to create a unique hospitality destination in Palwal. Backed by IHG’s global systems and operational expertise, we are confident the resort will attract both domestic and international travellers.”
Once operational, the resort will feature 150 rooms along with multiple dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, bar and lobby lounge. It will also include extensive banqueting and meeting facilities, a spa, health club, swimming pool and indoor-outdoor leisure spaces.
The signing further strengthens IHG’s premium portfolio in South West Asia and underscores its focus on expanding in high-growth markets.
