
ITC Hotels is accelerating its growth strategy with Fortune Hotels, announcing 14 new signings and seven property openings in the financial year 2024-25. Strengthening its footprint across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, the brand now operates 56 hotels across India and Nepal, with 22 more in the pipeline—bringing the total portfolio to 78.
The seven newly opened hotels are located in Pahalgam, Puri, Chennai, Candolim (Goa), Palampur, Ekta Nagar, and Bhaktapur in Nepal—marking Fortune’s first international venture. The new signings include properties in key emerging markets like Goa, Kolkata, Chennai, Rishikesh, Indore, Bhimtal, Mukteshwar, Gorakhpur, Mohali, Surat, and Ayodhya. This aggressive expansion enhances Fortune Hotels’ presence across over 65 cities, reinforcing its position in the upscale-to-midmarket hospitality segment.

Key recent signings include:
- Fortune Arambol Goa – The brand’s fourth property in Goa, offering access to popular beaches like Arambol and Kerim, aimed at both leisure and business travellers.
- Fortune Select OMR Chennai – An upscale business hotel located in Karapakkam, Chennai’s fast-growing commercial hub, with premium amenities and expansive banquet facilities.
- Fortune EM Bypass Kolkata – The second Fortune property in the city, strategically located near key healthcare centres to serve modern travellers.
- Fortune Park Indore – The brand’s debut in Madhya Pradesh, positioned near Ujjain’s Mahakaleshwar Temple and offering a blend of business and leisure appeal.
- Fortune Park Mukteshwar – A scenic retreat in Satbunga, Mukteshwar, overlooking the Himalayas, ideal for nature lovers and mountain travellers.
- Fortune Park Surat – Located in Piplod, the hotel is part of the Surat Special Economic Region and marks the brand’s 10th alliance in Gujarat.
- Fortune Park Mohali – A key addition to the Chandigarh Tri-City area, supporting Mohali’s growing reputation as a commercial and administrative hub.
