The development is in partnership with 1st Gate Luxe Pvt. Ltd., whose promoter Bharat Kumar Singh highlighted the project as a tribute to Rajasthan’s cultural roots and hinterland experiences.

A hilltop infinity pool and curated wildlife experiences further elevate the offering, while the property integrates local Rabari heritage into its overall guest experience.
