Strengthening its presence in South India, ITC Hotels Limited has signed definitive agreements with DSR Hospitality Services to manage two new properties in Hyderabad and Nellore under its upscale brand, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels.
The new signings mark a strategic expansion of ITC Hotels’ “asset-right” growth approach, which focuses on partnering with developers to increase the brand’s footprint across India.
Welcomhotel Hyderabad Panjagutta will offer 117 rooms and over 800 sq. m. of meeting space, catering to both business and leisure travellers. Meanwhile, Welcomhotel Nellore will feature 127 rooms and an expansive 2,600 sq. m. of meeting facilities, making it one of the city’s most significant hospitality developments.
