ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements with Kumar Infra Hotel Private Limited (KIHPL) to operate a new 140-room luxury hotel in Patna, part of Bihar Tourism’s development initiatives.
The property, spread over 1.5 acres, aims to set a benchmark in luxury hospitality for the region. MD Anil Chadha highlighted ITC Hotels’ commitment to blending heritage, culture, and culinary excellence, while Manish Kumar, Director of KIHPL, underlined the project’s role in strengthening Patna’s commercial and cultural identity.
The upcoming hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers, boosting Bihar’s tourism and hospitality sector with premium lodging, dining, and meeting facilities.
