Le Travenues Technology Limited, India’s leading online travel agency, reported exceptional financial performance for Q3 FY25, ending December 31, 2024. The company recorded a 42% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹241.8 crore, alongside a 48% YoY growth in Gross Transaction Value (GTV), which exceeded ₹4,036.3 crore. Key growth drivers included a 27% rise in train GTV, 73% in flight GTV, and 63% in bus GTV compared to the previous year. Profit before tax and exceptional items rose 46% YoY to ₹23.3 crore, with profit after tax standing at ₹15.5 crore despite a deferred tax impact.
Ixigo introduced several new features, including a ‘Travel Guarantee’ for train travelers, offering a 3X refund on unconfirmed waitlisted tickets, and onboarded cricket icon Rohit Sharma as the brand ambassador for ixigo Trains. The company also launched a Maha Kumbh 2025 micro-site, helping over 1 lakh users plan trips to Prayagraj with comprehensive travel and logistics guides. Additionally, ixigo expanded its bus network by partnering with four state road transport corporations and 200 private operators.
Group Co-CEOs Rajnish Kumar and Aloke Bajpai highlighted the quarter as their best ever, achieving record highs in revenue, GTV, and EBITDA. They emphasized ongoing investments in hotels and AI-driven tools to sustain growth. Group CFO Saurabh Devendra Singh praised the company’s robust GTV growth and double-digit adjusted EBITDA margin of over 10%.
