Euro Khmer Voyages, a prominent Destination Management Company (DMC) in Cambodia, recently concluded a highly successful Familiarization Trip for Indian tour operators and media, spanning from June 16th to 21st, 2024. This exclusive event aimed to provide participants with an immersive experience of Cambodia’s rich cultural and historical heritage, while fostering valuable connections and potential collaborations in tourism.

The journey began in Siem Reap, a picturesque town in northwestern Cambodia renowned as the gateway to the ancient ruins of Angkor, which served as the seat of the Khmer kingdom from the 9th to the 15th centuries. Angkor Wat, one of the world’s largest and most significant monuments, stood as a breathtaking Buddhist temple amidst the expansive Angkor Archaeological Park. Explorations also included the mystical Bayon Temple, distinguished by its iconic stone faces and unique blend of Buddhist and Hindu influences within the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Additionally, the vibrant nightlife hub of Pub Street added a lively touch to the experience.
