LOT Polish Airlines has completed a major renovation of its Polonez Business Lounge at Warsaw Chopin Airport, enhancing comfort, functionality, and space for departing passengers. Now spanning over 860 m²—an expansion of 153 m²—the lounge offers more than 60 additional seats, a self-service bar, a conference room, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Reflecting LOT’s visual identity, the lounge features a stylish interior with navy blue, copper, and amber tones, aligning with the Dreamliner retrofit and Chicago lounge designs. A dedicated Polonez Gold Lounge for premium travellers offers private loungers for maximum comfort.
A standout addition is the Relax Spot by Phenomé x LOT, a luxury SPA zone offering skincare treatments in collaboration with Polish brand Phenomé. The service will be available from May 2025, Monday to Friday, setting a new standard in airport hospitality.

She added that the newly designed lounge reflects the carrier’s focus on Polish hospitality, ensuring each guest feels welcomed at the heart of its Warsaw hub.
