In a significant boost to Rajasthan’s hospitality landscape, Manglam Group, a leading real estate developer, has announced its strategic partnership with The Fern Hotels & Resorts to launch a 200+ key serviced apart’otel under the Fern Habitat brand in Jaipur. The new project will be part of Pinkwalk, Manglam Group’s flagship mixed-use development located in Jagatpura, a prime and fast-growing locality in Jaipur.
The Fern Habitat Pinkwalk will offer a unique blend of apartment-style living and full-service hotel amenities, making it ideal for both short-term and extended stays. The property will feature private living spaces, kitchenettes, daily housekeeping, on-site dining, and other hotel-grade services—catering to the evolving preferences of modern travelers. The apart’otel reflects the shared vision of both brands to provide sustainable, guest-centric, and experience-driven hospitality.
Spread across 21,000 square yards, Pinkwalk is a landmark commercial hub comprising over 950 commercial and studio units, with modern facilities such as a multiplex, food court, gaming zones, clubhouse, and open sit-outs. Its strategic location on Mahal Road ensures excellent connectivity to Jaipur Airport, top hospitals, and major educational institutions, positioning it as an attractive destination for leisure tourists, business travelers, and long-stay guests.
Commenting on the partnership, Ms. Amrita Gupta, Director, Manglam Group, said, “We are excited to collaborate with The Fern Hotels & Resorts, a brand known for its forward-looking approach to sustainable hospitality. This signing is an important milestone in Manglam Hospitality’s journey to build environmentally responsible, high-quality spaces that offer authentic guest experiences. With Fern Habitat at Pinkwalk, we aim to create a refined and inclusive stay option that aligns with the modern traveler’s needs.”
This apart’otel project is part of Manglam Group’s broader INR 1,000 crore hospitality investment plan, which includes the development of five premium hospitality properties across Rajasthan and Goa. The group has been actively expanding its hospitality footprint, having already partnered with Westin and now with Fern Hotels & Resorts. These projects target high-growth segments such as corporate stays, destination tourism, and wellness travel, and focus on sustainability, cultural richness, and elevated service standards.
