Miiro Expands European Footprint with New Hotel Opening in Vienna*

Miiro, the lifestyle hotel brand from InterGlobe Enterprises, has announced the opening of Miiro Spittelberg in Vienna, marking its second property in the Austrian capital and the sixth since the brand’s launch in 2024.

Located in the historic Spittelberg district, just behind the MuseumsQuartier, the hotel sits in one of Vienna’s most culturally vibrant neighbourhoods, known for its cobbled streets, artisan heritage, independent galleries, and lively café culture.

The property features 132 guestrooms and suites, designed with warm neutral tones, bold accents, and natural textures. Staying true to Miiro’s “Brilliantly Considered” philosophy, rooms offer plush bedding, rainfall showers, reading nooks, and Le Labo toiletries, creating a calm and contemporary stay experience.

Dining at the hotel revolves around Poco, an Italian-inspired pizzeria and bar that blends European café culture with a playful Italian touch. The hotel also showcases an immersive ceiling mural and a curated collection of Austrian and international artworks. Additional amenities include a library, 24-hour gym, and Miiro’s signature Refresh Room.

Neena Gupta, CEO of Miiro and Executive Director of Group Strategy and International Hospitality at InterGlobe Enterprises, said the opening reflects the brand’s strategy of expanding in culturally rich European cities. She highlighted Vienna’s artistic heritage and Spittelberg’s local character as key factors in the brand’s growth.

Miiro continues to build its presence across Europe, with properties in Paris, Barcelona, London, Gstaad, and Vienna, while InterGlobe’s broader international portfolio spans cities including Amsterdam, Munich, Prague, Budapest, Hamburg, and Melbourne.
