Moscow is gearing up to host the Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 on December 17–18 at the World Trade Center, marking its third consecutive edition as one of the most influential gatherings in the global MICE calendar.
With the theme “Unity through Open Diversity: New Opportunities for Global Growth,” the Congress will feature 15+ business sessions focused on collaboration between governments and industry leaders, destination marketing, incentive travel, business strategy, and emerging technologies.
The event will attract MICE planners, tourism boards, and industry experts from Russia, BRICS, and Global South countries, offering over 3,200 pre-scheduled meetings and showcasing top international MICE destinations.
Building on the success of last year’s BRICS Edition, which drew participants from 17 countries, the Congress underscores Moscow’s ambition to expand its business tourism footprint — from 5 million business travelers today to 8 million by 2030.
With tourism revenues projected to reach 500 billion rubles by 2030, the Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 promises to be a landmark event driving global partnerships and new opportunities for the MICE sector.
