The Fern Goregaon has appointed Nandan Gawde as the new Food and Beverage Manager. With over 12 years of comprehensive experience in the food and beverage sector, Nandan is poised to bring a fresh perspective and enhanced service excellence to the hotel’s dining offerings.
A graduate of IHM Guwahati, with a B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration, Nandan’s career spans leadership roles at esteemed properties including ITC Maratha Hotel, The Deltin Daman, and Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport. His expertise lies in elevating guest experiences through meticulous service, operational efficiency, and a guest-centric approach. Nandan’s hands-on leadership and passion for culinary excellence have been key to his success in enhancing dining environments and driving team performance.
In his new role at The Fern Goregaon, Nandan will oversee the hotel’s renowned dining establishments, Alfresco and Fleur, while also preparing for the exciting launch of the rooftop Lebanese restaurant. He will focus on refining service standards, introducing innovative culinary concepts, and ensuring every guest experience is distinguished by excellence.
