Novotel Hyderabad Airport has announced the appointment of Dharaniswar Das as its new Director of People & Culture, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and growth-driven workplace.
With over two decades of experience across reputed hospitality brands, Das brings extensive expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational culture-building. In his new role, he will lead the human resources strategy, with a sharp focus on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and embedding Accor’s people-first philosophy across all operations.
Before joining Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Das held senior HR leadership roles within Accor at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Novotel Guwahati, and Ibis Novotel Bengaluru ORR. His contributions include spearheading HR automation, enhancing engagement frameworks, and implementing award-winning learning and development initiatives.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Das stated, “I look forward to fostering a workplace culture that emphasises growth, collaboration, and inclusivity while ensuring every team member feels valued and supported.”
