Oceania Cruises’ Riviera to Debut in Australia & New Zealand for 2026 Season

Oceania Cruises is shaking things up by bringing its stunning Riviera ship to Australia and New Zealand for the very first time. From November 2025 through March 2026, food lovers can hop aboard for some seriously indulgent itineraries packed with gourmet experiences. Think fresh-off-the-boat seafood, truffle hunting, and exploring local markets—all while sailing to breathtaking spots like Sydney, Kangaroo Island, and even Vanuatu’s hidden paradise, Mystery Island.

This isn’t just any cruise—Riviera is basically a floating foodie heaven. With eight top-notch restaurants, you can feast on everything from Italian classics at Toscana to French bistro dishes crafted by the legendary Jacques Pépin. And if you’ve ever wanted to sharpen your cooking skills, The Culinary Center offers hands-on classes, including a brand-new “Down Under Abundance” experience that celebrates the best Aussie and Kiwi ingredients.

But it’s not all about the food (though let’s be honest, that’s a big part of it). The ship also has creative workshops in The Artist Loft, a killer fitness center, and a luxurious spa for when you need to unwind after all that eating.

As Jason Montague, Oceania’s Chief Luxury Officer, puts it, bringing Riviera Down Under is all about delivering unforgettable, immersive travel—where top-tier comfort, adventure, and incredible local flavors come together. So if you’re craving a getaway that’s as delicious as it is dazzling, this might just be the trip for you.
