
Luxury hospitality group Rosetta Hospitality has announced the appointment of Rajesh Kattakam as Vice President – Sales and Business Development, marking a key step in strengthening its commercial leadership across the brand’s expanding portfolio.
With close to two decades of experience in hospitality sales, Kattakam will lead Rosetta Hospitality’s pan-India sales strategy, overseeing corporate, leisure, MICE and experiential travel segments. His mandate also includes driving strategic partnerships and developing customised guest offerings aligned with the group’s philosophy of conscious and experience-led luxury.
Kattakam has previously held leadership roles with leading hospitality brands such as Royal Orchid Hotels and Accor, where he was instrumental in building high-performing sales teams, nurturing strong market relationships and delivering sustained commercial growth. His career reflects a blend of strategic planning, operational discipline and customer-centric innovation.
In addition to heading the sales function, Kattakam will also oversee Rosetta Hospitality’s development initiatives, working closely with asset owners and partners exploring lease, lease-back and collaborative operating models. His role is expected to play a critical part in supporting the group’s next phase of growth.
