Radisson Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Ms. Rashna Kapadi as its new Director of Design and Technical Services for South Asia. Rashna will spearhead design strategies and project implementation across the Group’s South Asia portfolio, focusing on delivering innovative and guest-centric hospitality experiences.
With 24 years of expertise in architecture, interior design, urban planning, and landscape design, Rashna has worked extensively across luxury and budget hospitality projects, institutional developments, and mixed-use spaces. Her background includes leadership roles with IMK Architects, Mahindra Holidays, DSP Architects, Chalet Hotels, and K Raheja Corp. She has also collaborated on notable projects for renowned hotel chains such as Marriott, Hyatt, Lemon Tree, Taj, Accor, and Club Mahindra, demonstrating a strong emphasis on sustainable and customer-focused design solutions.
