Amongst the many steps taken in that direction, is the recent collaboration with Dr. Steven Zodcoy, an expert addressing the ‘Global Burnout Crisis.’ Roseate Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Resiliency Program, a comprehensive initiative under the umbrella of ‘Care by Roseate’, designed to support the well-being of its teams and foster a healthier work life balance. 

This program strives to address the unique challenges faced today in the hospitality industry, including high attrition rates, mental health, work pressure and long working hours. The Resiliency Program has been designed as a basis for path breaking research and best practices, making it a robust solution for the quintessential wellbeing of working professionals.

Resiliency Program complements the brand’s other employee-centric initiatives, such as the Roseate Learning Centre, an exclusive on-site salon for teams and an array of exclusive benefits for women employees. Based on a psychometric analysis, this program includes an array of resources, guidance and interactive, personalized sessions, all delivered through one dedicated App.

Key Components of The Resilience Project include

Psychometric Test Analysis

A 29-question assessment to evaluate key psychological parameters: enthusiasm, fatigue, motivation, and negativity. This analysis forms the basis for identifying burnout levels and tailoring individual support.

Wellness Sessions

Bi-monthly wellness sessions designed to help employees manage stress, improve mental health and promote overall well-being. Available online and offline.

One-on-One Expert Sessions

Access to bespoke sessions with nutritionists, psychologists, and other health experts to address lifestyle and health issues such as headaches, back pain and unexplained illnesses.

Resiliency Ambassadors

Designated ambassadors within each hotel to provide personal assistance and connect employees with a team of experts available 24/7 through a dedicated app.

Supplements and Personalized Meal Plans

Expert-recommended supplements to address nutritional deficiencies and personalized meal plans based on BMI (Body Mass Index), with customized options and recipes provided through an app. Additionally, employees receive water intake reminders throughout the day.

Additional Wellness Resources of the Resiliency Program include at-home exercise routines, yoga and meditation sessions, wellness and mental health workshops and access to a dedicated app for activities and resources.
