Rosetta Hospitality has unveiled Ouzo Delmar, a premium beachside dining destination on Varca Beach, offering a blend of Mediterranean, Asian, and Goan flavors.
Ouzo Delmar welcomes guests from 11 a.m. onwards, serving all-day breakfast, leisurely lunches, and vibrant BBQ dinners under the stars. Visitors can unwind on sun decks, enjoy indoor seating with ocean views, or relax in beachfront spaces. The venue transforms at sunset, with live music, DJ nights, and a signature tree bar offering craft cocktails and refreshing beverages.
The restaurant is ideal for intimate dining and large events, accommodating up to 200 guests for weddings, private parties, and celebrations.
