Sabre Hospitality Expands Japan Presence Through New Partnership with Minacia Co., Ltd.

Sabre Hospitality has announced a strategic partnership with Minacia Co., Ltd., a growing Japanese hospitality group, to enhance the global visibility and bookability of its properties. Through this agreement, Minacia will distribute its 38 hotels—including the well-known Hotel Wing International and Tenza Hotels—on major Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre’s global travel marketplace. The deal also enables Minacia to connect with leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) via Sabre Hospitality’s Channel Connect, allowing seamless global access to its hotel inventory.

With properties across major cities in Japan and further expansion plans underway, Minacia aims to bring its unique hospitality concept—centered on the synergy between food and lodging—to international travelers. “The origin of the word Minacia is ‘everyone happy,’ and we are excited to share that spirit with guests from around the world through Sabre,” said Kaz Shimojima, CEO of Minacia.

This collaboration reflects a broader trend among hospitality brands in Japan leveraging Sabre’s advanced reservation and distribution technology to expand their global reach. Frank Trampert, Senior Vice President, Global Managing Director of Community Sales at Sabre Hospitality, commented, “We’re proud to support Minacia’s growth strategy and help them deliver seamless booking experiences to travel agents and travelers worldwide.”
