
The 32nd edition of SATTE (South Asia’s Travel & Tourism Exchange), organised by Informa Markets in India, has firmly reinforced its status as Asia’s leading travel trade exhibition. Held from February 19–21, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, SATTE 2025 witnessed its highest-ever participation and business impact, setting new benchmarks in global tourism networking, exhibitor satisfaction, and strategic industry relevance.
Bringing together over 2,000 exhibitors from 50+ countries and 28 Indian States and Union Territories, SATTE 2025 hosted a record-breaking 40,000+ trade visitors, along with 800 Indian buyers and 250 international hosted buyers under the SEPC’s ATITHI programme. The event fostered powerful B2B networking opportunities, catalyzing meaningful outcomes across the travel, tourism, hospitality, and tech innovation sectors.
In a major endorsement of its quality and impact, Explori, a global exhibition benchmarking agency, validated SATTE 2025’s performance with exceptional industry scores: a Customer Satisfaction Score of 9.22/10, Exhibitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 72.2, and Visitor NPS of that far exceed global standards. A staggering 88.5% of exhibitors confirmed participation in SATTE 2026, compared to the international average of 27%, while 86% of visitors said they are extremely likely to recommend the event. Additionally, 84% of visitors and 78% of exhibitors rated SATTE as “very important” to their business growth.

With strong backing from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and multiple global and national travel trade associations, SATTE’s role as a government-supported enabler of tourism growth was clearly visible.
This year’s event featured a robust knowledge-sharing agenda, spotlighting key topics like MICE tourism, AI-powered travel solutions, destination marketing, and the impact of digital storytelling on tourism. The participation of National and State Tourism Boards (NTOs and STOs), top hospitality brands, and emerging travel tech startups created a vibrant ecosystem where business, policy, and innovation intersected to shape the future of Indian and regional tourism.
Looking ahead, SATTE 2026 is scheduled to return to Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from February 25–27, 2026. The 33rd edition promises to introduce new initiatives focused on cross-border tourism, digital transformation, and investment-driven growth in travel and hospitality, further solidifying SATTE’s role as the most influential travel trade show in Asia.
