SITE Global Conference 2026 to Take Place in Abu Dhabi in February

The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has announced that its flagship annual event, the SITE Global Conference 2026, will be held from February 12 to 15, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The conference is expected to bring together senior leaders and decision-makers from across the global incentive travel ecosystem.

Registration for the 2026 edition has now opened, with the conference traditionally attracting more than 750 incentive travel professionals representing both the supply and demand sides of the industry. The programme is designed to deliver high-level networking opportunities alongside focused education and practical insights for incentive travel specialists.

According to SITE, the conference will centre on accelerating the future of incentive travel by emphasising actionable learning, real-world application and measurable business outcomes. The 2026 agenda is structured to equip delegates with ideas and strategies that can be implemented immediately within their organisations, while continuing to strengthen the business case for incentive travel through performance-led outcomes.

Abu Dhabi has been positioned as a strategic host destination for the event, offering a blend of world-class hospitality, strong infrastructure and international connectivity. The destination’s mix of cultural experiences, modern venues, culinary diversity and coastal landscapes is expected to enhance both professional engagement and delegate experience.

The 2026 programme will address the key forces reshaping the global incentive travel market, including evolving business models, cost management, value creation and revenue resilience. Sessions will also explore risk and security considerations, ranging from climate and geopolitical factors to digital resilience, with a focus on safeguarding trust, wellbeing and continuity.

Talent development will feature prominently, with discussions on attracting, developing and retaining a multi-generational workforce. Technology will be another core theme, with applied sessions on AI, automation and data-led decision-making, emphasising responsible use, efficiency gains and meaningful personalisation while preserving human connection.

Sustainability, responsibility and wellness will be embedded across the agenda, with programme design intended to support both physical renewal and mental wellbeing, reinforcing long-term impact for delegates and organisations alike.

SITE also confirmed its forward calendar, announcing that the SITE Global Conference 2027 will take place in Canada in March 2027, with the host destination to be revealed during the Abu Dhabi conference. The association further noted that the 2028 edition is scheduled for Australia in February 2028.
