Suba Group of Hotels has announced the signing of its seventh property in Bengaluru, Karnataka, reinforcing its strong presence in the South Indian hospitality market. The new hotel, located in Brookefield, Doddanakundi, will operate under the Comfort Inn & Suites brand and is scheduled to open in December 2025.
This marks the group’s second hotel under the Comfort Inn banner, with the first located near the World Trade Center in Yeshwanthpur. The upcoming property will feature 72 luxury rooms and suites, along with a coffee shop, fully equipped gym, modern meeting rooms, and banquet facilities designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
The agreement was signed by Mansur Mehta, Managing Director of Suba Group, and Desai Developers. Commenting on the expansion, Mehta stated, “The Bengaluru hospitality market has consistently delivered strong revenue, which encouraged us to further strengthen our portfolio in the city.”
Suba Group currently operates six hotels in Bengaluru across its multiple brands—three under Click Hotels, and one each under Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, and Clarion. The group also maintains a significant footprint across South India, with hotels in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Kaikaluru, Kumbakonam, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam.
