Suba Hotels Limited has expanded its Hyderabad footprint with the signing of a new Click Hotels property in Madhapur, marking the group’s fourth hotel in the city and its second under the Click brand. The company already operates a Click Hotels property in Shamshabad, along with two others under the Quality Inn and Clarion brands.
The agreement for the new hotel was formalised between Mansur Mehta, Managing Director of Suba Hotels Limited, and Madhusudhan Reddy, Director of Omna Constructions. Commenting on the development, Mansur Mehta said the new addition strengthens the company’s commitment to Hyderabad’s fast-growing hospitality market. CEO Mubeen Mehta added that the group’s strong southern India presence has been further consolidated with this signing.
Scheduled to open in July 2026, the upcoming Click Hotel Madhapur will feature 132 rooms, along with a coffee shop, gym and spa, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities. Its location near HITEC City–Mindspace positions it well for both business and leisure travellers.
