SWISS International Air Lines Adds Extra Delhi–Zurich Flights to Meet Demand Surge

SWISS International Air Lines has temporarily enhanced its India–Europe operations by introducing additional flights on the Delhi–Zurich route between March 19 and 24, 2026.

During this period, the airline is operating a second daily service on the route, supplementing its existing daily flight to accommodate increased passenger demand.

The additional flights are being deployed using the Airbus A330, significantly boosting seat capacity while maintaining long-haul travel comfort.

The move reflects the current trend of airlines dynamically adjusting capacity in response to evolving travel demand and operational factors impacting global aviation routes.

With this short-term expansion, SWISS aims to offer greater flexibility and improved connectivity for travellers flying between India and Europe during a high-demand travel window.
