The Eden Project unveils dazzling light displays and exciting new experiences, bringing the magic of Christmas to life

The Eden Project is set to enchant visitors this Christmas with more light installations than ever before, a new theatrical experience with Father Christmas, and a festive carousel.

From November 22 to January 5, the site will glow with extended hours, showcasing breathtaking light displays throughout the Biomes and Outdoor Gardens. A new vortex-like tunnel will greet visitors at the entrance, leading to the sparkling Biomes.

The Rainforest Biome will feature stunning light installations amidst lush foliage, while the Mediterranean Biome will host a festive light and sound show. Father Christmas and his elves will also return, offering a magical, musical experience for families, with meet-and-greet sessions and a special gift for children.

Guests can enjoy craft activities, live music, and Cornwall’s only ice rink, plus a carousel ride in the orchard area. Tickets for Father Christmas are selling fast, so early booking is advised.

Simon Townsend, Eden Project’s General Manager, said: “With more lights, new experiences, and festive cheer, we’re excited to offer a magical Christmas escape for all ages.”
