The Fern Brentwood Resort & Spa, Mussoorie, is bringing the vibrant spirit of Rajasthan to the hills with its 14-day cultural and culinary festival, Rangilo Rajasthan, scheduled from 19th May to 1st June 2025. As part of its Festivals of India series, the resort will transform its Whistling Pine venue into a colourful celebration of Rajasthani heritage, complete with traditional décor, folk music, warm hospitality, and authentic cuisine. Guests will be welcomed with chilled Jaljeera, Aam Panna, and Rajasthani-style greetings featuring colourful turbans and cultural motifs. The festival’s curated menu will feature iconic Rajasthani dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Ker Sangri, Gatte ki Sabzi, Papad ki Sabzi, and Govind Gatta Curry, accompanied by traditional breads and desserts like Ghevar and Malpua. The buffet will also include popular street snacks such as Jodhpuri Mirchi Bada and Pyaaz Kachori. With both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available, the event promises a complete culinary journey enriched by live folk performances.
