Manpreet Singh has been appointed as General Manager at The Fern Surya Resort, Dharampur (Kasauli Hills). With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, including notable tenures with the Taj Group, Sarovar Hotels and Mahindra Holidays, he brings expertise in Food & Beverage operations, pre-opening project management, revenue optimization, and customer-centric service. In his new role, Manpreet will oversee the resort’s daily operations and drive efficiency while ensuring enhanced guest satisfaction.
Hari Narayan joins as Operations Manager at The Fern Habitat, Mundhwa, Pune, bringing over a decade of experience in hotel operations, guest experience management and pre-opening strategies. Previously associated with Imperativ Hospitality (Bloom Hotels) and The Paul Resorts & Hotels, he will manage pre-opening activities, team development, licensing, vendor coordination and guest engagement. His focus will be on operational discipline and sustainable practices that align with The Fern’s brand philosophy.
At The Royal Melange Beacon, Ajmer, Pravind Singh Chauhan takes charge as Operations Manager. With a strong background in hotel operations, sales, and revenue management through roles at The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, Delhi and Golden Tulip BDI Club & Suites, Bhiwadi, Pravind brings a results-driven and guest-centric approach. His priorities include budget optimization, operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
