
The Oberoi Group has announced the recipients of its prestigious scholarships — the Dare to Dream, Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi Scholarship and the Be the Best, Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi Scholarship. These honours, named after the group’s legendary founders, celebrate professionals who exhibit exceptional talent, leadership, and dedication within the hospitality industry.
Following a rigorous five-month selection process that included seven rounds of interviews, psychometric evaluations, and personality assessments, Ms. Kritika Sharma, Executive Housekeeper at Taj Westend, Bangalore, was awarded the Dare to Dream Scholarship, while Ms. Alisha Rampal, Director of Food & Beverage at Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai, received the Be the Best Scholarship.
Both scholars will pursue a Master of Hospitality degree from EHL Lausanne, Switzerland, one of the world’s premier institutions in hospitality education. The two-year MBA program combines virtual learning with an immersive three-week campus experience in Lausanne and includes an international study tour to gain insights from the world’s top luxury hotels.
