Chhattisgarh Tourism to lease its 22 properties on PPP mode

The Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is set to run its 22 motels and resorts on lease for 30 years through private investors, for which a total of 20 bids were received.
Two properties of Kondatarai and Chadirama Ambikapur are leased for 30 years. The government re-tendered the properties - 21 bids came in the third call; the technical bids are expected to open in the second week of November.
