Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Uday Bhatnagar as the new Director of Revenue Management. With extensive experience in hospitality revenue optimization and a strong track record of success, Mr. Bhatnagar brings valuable expertise to the team. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Revenue Management at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, Novotel Goa Candolim, and Novotel Goa Panjim, where his skills in strategic pricing, yield management, and demand forecasting significantly contributed to maximizing revenue and profit across several Accor properties.
Known for his innovative, data-driven approach to revenue management, Mr. Bhatnagar is set to optimize room inventory, pricing, and function space management for both Pullman and Novotel properties at Aerocity. He will also lead strategic initiatives for both established and new hotels, ensuring seamless integration across all hotel functions.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, Mr. Bhatnagar has consistently achieved outstanding results and received the “Accor RM Person of the Year 2018” award for India and South Asia. He holds an MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Laureate University, Bangkok, and a BBA from GGSIP University, New Delhi.
