Virgin Limited Edition has announced plans to develop a new 37-suite luxury hotel near Marrakech, slated for launch in 2027.
The project, being developed with Sazanes Immobilier, will be set within a 10-hectare private estate, offering a tranquil escape just 25 minutes from the city.
Commenting on the development, Joe Margison, CEO of Virgin Hotels Collection said, “Morocco has an incredible heritage of hospitality, and we are excited to bring our approach of exceptional experiences and soulful service to a second destination in the country.”
He added that the partnership reflects a shared vision to create a “unique and memorable retreat rooted in its destination.”
The Chreky family of Sazanes Immobilier also noted that the project aims to deliver a luxury destination deeply connected to Moroccan design, land, and traditions.
Bookings will open in September 2026, with the first phase launching in Q1 2027.
