Yoga instructor Himani Pal joins Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve: resort launches Wellness & Wonder program

Phulay Bay, the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, is located in Krabi, Thailand, introduces its Wellness & Wonder program, offering an array of spa treatments, yoga, and wellness experiences on the serene Andaman Sea coast.

The resort, now became a MICHELIN three-key hotel, has appointed yoga master Himani Pal to its team to guide guests in various yoga styles including hatha, yin, aerial, vinyasa, pranayama and more, meditation, and sound healing (reiki).

From December 1–4, spiritual wellness expert Daria Gudkova will lead meditation and energy sessions. Guests can enjoy activities like Muay Thai, herbal therapy, and sunset yoga, along with holistic treatments in a serene, tropical setting.

The resort is all set to become one of the world’s most exclusive wellness destinations. Solo travelers, couples, friends and families can start their days with a rewarding morning jog through the stunning scenery or a sunrise yoga session, overlooking the shimmering sea.
