Yuki Cocktail Bar & Kitchen has launched its fourth outlet in the dynamic Sarjapur neighbourhood, further expanding its footprint in Bangalore’s thriving culinary scene. Known for its inventive take on Pan-Asian cuisine and artisanal cocktails, Yuki’s newest location promises an immersive dining experience that blends traditional Asian flavours with contemporary presentation and ambiance.
The Sarjapur outlet builds on the popularity of Yuki’s existing locations by offering a thoughtfully curated menu that spans the diverse cuisines of Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand. Guests can enjoy standout favourites like cream cheese dumplings, truffle edamame dumplings, and the crowd-pleasing Yasai Futomaki Age (fried sushi). The restaurant also highlights regional delicacies including Larb Gai from North-Eastern Thailand, Burmese Chickpea Tofu, and Malaysia’s original Kampung Rice, all crafted to cater to both vegetarian and vegan diners.
Yuki’s celebrated cocktail program continues to impress with unique creations designed to complement its food offerings. Signature drinks such as the Geisha’s Garden, Pandan Teq-Tea, and Fig & Cheese Old Fashioned showcase the brand’s flair for bold, innovative flavours and quality ingredients. Each cocktail is a sensory experience, thoughtfully crafted to enhance the overall dining journey.
The interior of the Sarjapur outlet echoes Yuki’s hallmark design sensibility—drawing inspiration from Japanese cherry blossoms and Neo Art Deco style. The space is adorned with earthy tones, striking black and white flooring, and furniture in soft teal and pink hues. A recurring Koi fish motif, symbolising perseverance and culinary excellence, adds a thematic touch across the outlet, while the prominent Yuki logo reinforces the brand’s identity.
“Our commitment to providing a memorable dining experience extends beyond the plate,” say co-founders Sai Shivani and Priyesh Busetty. “The elegant interiors and thoughtfully crafted menu invite guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure where tradition meets modernity, and every bite celebrates flavour and creativity.”
