Vikash Kejriwal Appointed CEO of SKIL, Driving the Next Phase of Growth and Innovation

Vikash Kejriwal has been named CEO of SKIL, one of the top companies in corporate travel, events, and mobility in India. This is a major leadership announcement. An accomplished leader with a track record of innovation and business transformation is now at the top of SKIL, marking a critical turning point in the company’s evolution.
Vikash takes over as CEO at CABI by SKIL after a successful time as Chief Operating Officer, where he managed the growth of the company’s ground transport sector into one of India’s fastest-growing corporate mobility services. He was in charge of CABI’s national accolades, which included the Excellence in Ground Mobility Award from the Asian Business Leadership Awards 2024.

In his capacity as Business Director at CABI, where he began working with SKIL, Vikash played a key role in streamlining processes and expanding the range of services offered by the company. Having spent more than 20 years in executive roles at ICICI, ING, and MetLife, he offers a wealth of knowledge in the areas of finance, risk, customer experience, and business expansion.

Regarding his new role, Vikash said, “I’m honoured to lead SKIL as CEO.” I share the enthusiasm, passion, and flawless execution that this company exemplifies. From launching corporate mobility with CABI to creating life-changing events with SKIL Events and SKIL Travel, we’re just getting started. I can’t wait to push our talented teams to new heights and give our clients even more value.

Vikash is renowned for his strategic thinking and hands-on approach, and his track record of building businesses from the ground up, inspiring high-performance teams, and prioritising customer-first innovation will be crucial as SKIL moves into its next phase.
SKIL founder and managing director Shylender Jindal remarked, “Vikash has been a game-changer for SKIL,” and he expressed confidence in the hiring. He leads with empathy, clarity, and an unwavering focus on quality. He also has a deep understanding of our sector. We are ready to grow with him as CEO in a better, faster, and more strategic way.

Under Vikash’s leadership, SKIL plans to strengthen its core brands—SKIL Travel, SKIL Events, and CABI by SKIL—while exploring new opportunities in digital travel platforms, global mobility solutions, and integrated corporate experiences.
SKIL will continue to fulfil its mission of offering innovative, people-centered, and technology-enabled solutions that propel corporate India and help businesses grow, thrive, and transition across industries with this leadership change.
