Available from October 1 across all sales channels, the new fare includes unlimited date changes, NIL cancellation fees, priority boarding, extra baggage, and a complimentary snack and beverage.
Priced at ₹1,991 over standard fare, Smart Ticket passengers also receive a ₹499 voucher redeemable on future journeys. MD & CEO Manoj Chacko emphasized that the product caters especially to business travellers and families who often face last-minute schedule changes, combining convenience with value.
