Air India Express has announced the launch of its monthly “PayDay Sale”, offering discounted airfares across its domestic and international network. The initiative is designed to cater to both advance planners and last-minute travellers seeking cost-effective flying options during a period of strong travel demand.
The PayDay Sale is open for bookings until 1 January 2026 through the airline’s official website, mobile application and leading online travel platforms.
As part of the offer, Value fares on domestic routes start from ₹1,950, while international fares begin at ₹5,590. For passengers travelling light, the airline is also offering Lite fares, which exclude check-in baggage, starting from ₹1,850 on domestic routes and ₹5,355 on international sectors.
The sale comes with a wide travel window, allowing passengers significant flexibility. Tickets booked under the offer can be used for domestic travel between 12 January and 10 October 2026, while international travel is valid from 12 January to 31 October 2026. The extended validity period makes the scheme suitable for leisure travellers, corporate passengers and those planning holidays well in advance.
To further enhance affordability, Air India Express is waiving convenience fees on bookings made through its mobile app. Bookings made on the airline’s website using net banking are also eligible for zero convenience fees. Passengers opting for Lite fares can additionally purchase discounted baggage add-ons, with 15 kg available at ₹1,500 for domestic flights and 20 kg at ₹2,500 for international flights.
The airline is also extending exclusive benefits to its loyalty members, including discounts of up to 25 per cent on Business Class fares, along with enhanced legroom, complimentary hot ‘Gourmair’ meals, additional baggage allowance and priority ‘Xpress Ahead’ services. Business Class is currently available on more than 40 newly inducted Boeing 737-8 aircraft, reflecting the carrier’s ongoing fleet expansion.
In line with its inclusive travel approach, Air India Express continues to offer special concessions for students, senior citizens, armed forces personnel and their dependents. Flexible payment options such as EMI and Buy Now, Pay Later are also available, making the PayDay Sale a comprehensive value-driven offering for a wide spectrum of travellers.
