Thai AirAsia X Celebrates One Year in India with Travel Partners Meet in New Delhi

Thai AirAsia X, in collaboration with APG India, hosted a Travel Partners Meet in New Delhi to mark its first anniversary in the Indian market. The event, held at Roseate House, Aerocity, brought together key travel trade partners and industry stakeholders to celebrate the airline’s growing presence and engagement with India’s travel ecosystem.

The evening was graced by Ms. Pattra Boosarawongse, CEO of Thai AirAsia X, who interacted with leading members of the travel fraternity and shared insights into the airline’s India strategy and future growth plans.

Addressing the gathering, Ms. Boosarawongse highlighted the strength of Thai AirAsia X’s Delhi–Bangkok route, stating that the airline aims to position itself as a preferred choice for travellers seeking reliable connectivity and value-for-money services. She noted that Bangkok serves as a strong hub, offering seamless onward connections to several destinations across the airline’s network.

During a brief interaction with Travel World Online, Ms. Boosarawongse emphasised that Thai AirAsia X focuses on punctuality, competitive pricing, and passenger comfort, making it an attractive option for Indian travellers. She also mentioned that passengers can access a variety of meal options tailored to their preferences, including vegetarian, spicy, and Jain meals available on demand.

The Travel Partners Meet served as a platform to strengthen relationships with the Indian travel trade community, with discussions centred around future collaborations, network opportunities, and strategies to further boost tourism traffic between India and Thailand.
