TBO Tek Limited has announced the appointment of Aditi Madhok-Naarden as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at its material subsidiary, Tek Travels DMCC, UAE, effective February 23, 2026.
In her new role, Madhok-Naarden will lead TBO’s global people strategy as the company continues its international expansion.
She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, FMCG and consumer sectors, having held senior roles with global organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Mastercard, Deutsche Bank, IBM and Infosys.
Commenting on the appointment, Co-Founders and Joint Managing Directors Ankush Nijhawan and Gaurav Bhatnagar said the leadership addition aligns with TBO’s next phase of global growth and talent development focus.
Madhok-Naarden said she looks forward to strengthening TBO’s people-first culture as the company scales across international markets.
